At Lola’s House, we use agility to help dogs focus, think, and engage with their owner, rather than simply run and react. It gives dogs an outlet for both mental and physical energy, while reinforcing controlled behaviour in a more stimulating environment.

It’s not just exercise — it’s a way to build confidence, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship with your dog.

Our agility sessions are designed as structured 50 minute sessions. Rather than competition-style agility, the focus is on using equipment in a controlled way to develop confidence, improve responsiveness, and strengthen your connection.

What’s included:

- An introduction to jumps, tunnels, and simple agility equipment

- Developing responsiveness and connection between dog and handler

- Clear communication and handling skills

- Managing excitement levels and maintaining control throughout

- Wind-down time at the end of each session to ensure your dog leaves settled and relaxed

- Guidance tailored to your dog’s confidence, energy, and experience level

Sessions can be carried out with or without the owner present, although owner involvement is recommended to get the most from the experience.
