"We couldn’t be more impressed with Lola’s House. From the moment we started training with them, we’ve seen a huge transformation in our golden retriever, Buster. He’s calmer, happier, and so much better behaved – a completely different pup compared to when we were struggling with generic training apps that just weren’t working.
Jack and Chloe are incredible – true dog whisperers! Their depth of experience and genuine love for dogs shines through in everything they do. What makes them stand out is their individual approach. It’s not a one-size-fits-all program – they really get to know your dog and tailor their support accordingly. They’ve been there for us every step of the way, even outside of sessions, always happy to offer guidance over the phone or by text.
Buster also attends their daycare, and it’s just as amazing. It’s professional, safe, and most importantly, filled with love. Knowing he’s in such good hands gives us real peace of mind. The fact that he is trained at the same place he goes to daycare is a huge bonus – the consistency helps reinforce everything he’s learning, and they’re able to pick up on and work with any behavioural quirks he’s developing.
Lola’s House is a truly special place. We’re so grateful to have found them – they’ve had such a positive impact on Buster’s life (and ours!)."

"We have just collected Gypsy, our cocker-spaniel from Lola’s House after a 13 night stay. What a pleasure it was to be able to take a foreign holiday knowing that our 4-legger was being well cared for. On collection, Gypsy is the same happy/friendly dog that we left at Lola’s House before our departure. "Our 2 cocker spaniels have stayed at Lola’s House several times this year. It is important to us that they board with people who have a good understanding of dogs, as one of ours was born deaf. Jack & Chloe’s love & understanding of dogs is unmatched. They make our dogs feel at home from the outset & we always feel confident leaving them in their capable hands. On one visit one of our dogs was taken seriously ill. Jack & Chloe acted swiftly which enabled her to make a full recovery. Both dogs are always very chilled when we collect them.

"We are so grateful we came across Lola’s House! Jack and Chloe are incredible trainers but what really makes them stand out is that they whole heartedly care about every dog’s happiness. Our golden retriever puppy absolutely adores them and loves spending time with Lola.
The training programme we’ve been doing with them has been life changing for us. We struggled with Buster when we first had him and he’s so much happier and calmer now.
Not only do we have the reassurance that every dog is vetted before becoming a member of Lola’s house, we also had a great introduction meeting to Chloe and Jack in which they explained their training ethos and their principles. We also get message updates during the day which are wonderful! It’s so reassuring to see how much fun Buster is having and what he gets up to with the gang.
Lola also looks after Buster like he’s her son, they even share a bed together which is adorable!

"If you are looking for a home from home environment for your dog then Lola's House is the place for you. Jack & Chloe are so caring, friendly & knowledgeable and will treat your dog like their own. We are SO happy we found them. Our dog always has the best time with them & comes home shattered! We always feel happy leaving him with them. They give regular updates of what your dog is doing with photos which is so cute and if you are missing them (which we do!) is really lovely to see! Would 100% recommend!"

Regular WhatsApp pictures and updates are an excellent bonus and the experience and love for dogs of the hosts is really obvious. "I highly recommend Lola’s House for all your dogs needs. Mollie my very active Border Collie has just spent 3 weeks with them. Constant updates and pictures are so important as it gives the owner a clear insight to what our precious dogs are up to. The use of the enclosed field is a wonderful attribute and I mentioned Mollies agility classes in February and Jack was straight on it with Mollie. I cannot recommend them highly enough as I feel completely relaxed knowing Mollie is in the safe hands of Jack and Chloe. Thank you guys"

"We didn’t think we would ever find the perfect place to care for Titch as we care for him.
Jack and Chloe treat Titch as one of a very loving family. He has fitted in extremely well. He comes home with plenty of tails about his day. He has grown in confidence. He can be quite fussy - he rarely eats anywhere but at home - but he is beginning to eat with his new friends. He was a very vocal little man, but now he is so much calmer when meeting other dogs of all sizes. He has learned good manners, which makes us confident out and about when we encounter other dogs - we know he is now happy to say hello without the desperation that he must make himself known. And when we’re calling him he still has moments of deafness and he forgets his name, barely glancing at us trying to entice him towards us!
We highly recommend Lola’s House, can’t recommend them highly enough!

"Our Romanian rescue Ronald has stayed at Lola’s house 4 times now. The service they offer is like no other! They get to know so much about your dog before the stay and will ask before every visit if anything has changed or if there is anything they need to know. This is important to us because we have a rescue.
We receive daily updates on how Ronald is doing along with photos at home and on his walks. The photos make us feel at ease whilst on our holidays. Ronald always looks so happy in the photos.
We also love that we can bring Ronald’s beds and toys so it feels like home.
Jack and Chloe are just amazing, we feel they love ronald almost as much as we do.
We recommend Jack and Chloe (Lola’s house) to everyone they are just so caring and passionate for dogs."

"Having never used a service like this before I wasn’t sure what to expect and it’s always unnerving leaving your animals in the hands of others but I couldn’t have received a better service. Jack was not only so friendly he was so professional and you could see the passion he had for animals. "Our brown Sprocker Spaniel Sammy absolutely loves going to stay at Lola’s House. Whether it’s for the day or for a week, we know Sammy has the best possible time. He always has a massive tail wag when we are waiting at the door to drop him off - enough said.
